Our dynamic and collaborative team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join us as an Associate Director to lead our Health and Education Division. Based in the heart of Sydney's CBD with iconic views from the office, you will be part of a laid-back yet driven office culture that values innovation, excellence, and teamwork.

**Responsibilities**: As the Associate Director of the Health and Education Division, you will:

- Lead and manage a small team dedicated to delivering complex and high-value hospital projects throughout New South Wales (NSW).
- Oversee the end-to-end project delivery process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
- Drive business development initiatives, fostering and expanding relationships within the health space to identify and secure new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for the Health and Education Division.
- Utilize your extensive network and expertise in Health Infrastructure projects to enhance the division's reputation and market presence.

**Requirements**: To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the Health and Education sector, with a focus on Health Infrastructure projects.
- Strong project management skills, demonstrating the ability to successfully deliver complex and high-value projects.
- Having a strong networking presence in NSW and within HI is highly desirable.
- Excellent business development acumen with a track record of identifying and securing new opportunities.
- A well-established network within the health industry and a deep understanding of the sector's challenges and trends.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or something similar.
