Maintenance Planner

Our New Machines Mining department is looking for its next **Maintenance Planner**

The Maintenance Planner is required to work closely with the New Machines department and Workshop Supervisors to ensure that the requirements for all machine builds and customer specification work is appropriately planned and executed. Duties performed encompass the coordination of all applicable resources required during the scope of work such as allocating appropriate build bays, tools, external supplies, parts and labour to ensure the schedule is delivered on time as per the customer expectations.

**Roster**:5/2 10.5hrs (Permanent Full-Time)

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Mechanical Trade background desirable but not essential.
- Experience in a similar role such as a planner/scheduler.
- Previous work order management experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
- Demonstrated high level customer service skills with the ability to understand specific customer requirements and negotiate customer solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.
