**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are looking for a highly experienced, professional Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our Food & Beverage department and help to lead the food and beverage team at the estate and in The Paddock restaurant. The Paddock is a chef-hatted a la carte restaurant that delivers unpretentious, wholesome fare that celebrates the quality of the local produce.

As Food & Beverage Manager at Beechmont Estate, you will be responsible for managing the food & beverage staff throughout the venue, including:

- Overseeing all F&B/restaurant operations at the estate;
- Coordination & delivery of excellent customer service experiences;
- Developing, implementing & maintaining superior service standards to exceed guest expectations;
- Working towards business & financial objectives for a profitable & efficient F&B operation;
- Implementing strategies & systems to drive revenue & business growth;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction across all aspects of F&B operations, including reviewing & advising on customer complaint processes;
- Maintaining F&B policy, procedure, business & culture objectives;
- Working with Chefs on menu development & costing;
- Overseeing all F&B stock control & management for the estate, including purchasing & pricing;
- Overseeing staff recruitment, progression & training/development;
- Overseeing rostering, wages & employee requirements to ensure labour demands & budgets are met;
- Implementing succession planning programs that focus on staff development & progression;
- Financial management including cost control, budgeting & financial planning; and
- Ensuring the estate/restaurant are compliant with all WHS requirements, health regulations & safety standards.

Full-Time Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000

**ABOUT YOU**:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity as Food & Beverage Manager at Beechmont Estate, you will need to be/have:

- At least 3+ years of hospitality management experience;
- Hospitality Management training preferred;
- Experience at senior management level;
- Extensive experience in food & beverage, preferably within luxury resorts or fine-dining restaurants;
- Strong leadership & management skills with the ability to oversee a large F&B team;
- Demonstrated abilities in team builing, training & mentoring;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Explempary organisational skills;
- Excellent communication & time management skills;
- Strong business acumen & financial/budgeting knowlege;
- A natural communicator who finds it easy to inspire a team & wow the guests;
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word;
- Experience with RMS & Seven Rooms is a bonus;
- Impeccable personal presentation;
- A reliable & flexible attitude; and
- A commitment & passion for delivering exception F&B service.
