Finance Analyst

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Analyst to join the Norco team on a permanent basis. This is a diverse role that provides an opportunity to partner with various business units across the organisation.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner - Manufacturing and Supply Chain, you will provide finance support to the business performance team including the analysis of financial performance, compilation of key financial reports and metrics and completion of month end activities including journals and reconciliations.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support business performance through the provision of accurate and timely financial information against established KPI’s as a measure of achievement.
- Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring optimisation of resources and providing understanding into the future performance and current risks/opportunities against the forecast.
- Perform product costing, utilisation analysis and manufacturing reporting.
- Complete scenario modelling and work with the Site Operations Leadership Team to drive profit delivery initiatives.
- Determine and understand key cost drivers and measure performance against targets.
- Investigate ways to mitigate incremental costs through improved efficiencies.
- Participate in the annual external audit process to an efficient process.
- Participate in a review of the capital needs to ensure appropriate budgets and forecasts are maintained and capital is appropriately allocated to ensure viability of the business.
- Complete inventory management and monthly management reporting.***

**Skills and experience required to be successful in this role**:

- Business Degree
- Preferred CA/CPA - or completing studies
- 2-5 years’ experience, FMCG preferred
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
