KLM Hire is a family owned earthmoving equipmentbusiness specialising in excavator, skid steer, attachment, and generator rentals. The company's Bundoora depot in Melbourne's Northeast serves customers throughout metropolitan Melbourne and Victoria.

**The Opportunity**
Due to rapid business growth KLM Hire is seeking a Driver/Yardsperson to join their small close-knit team.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Delivering machinery to & from site
- Servicing & preparing machinery for hire using check-list process
- Maintaining & repairing equipment both on site work & the yard
- Cleaning of machines, factory & yard
- Interacting with customers during pick up & return of machinery

- **4 day work week**:

- Opportunity to progress within the business
- 10 hour day shifts - 6:30am - 5pm with option to work overtime at overtime rates (business is generally closed during the weekend but there may be occasional work available on a Saturday morning)
- PPE gear, uniform & equipment supplied

**Skills & Experience**:

- **HR Licence essential**:

- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Mechanical mindedness & knowledge preferred
- General knowledge of & experience with common hand-held power tools
- Multi-tasking ability & ability to work both autonomously & within a team
- Earthmoving, automotive industry, or other relevant industry experience
- Must have a reasonable level of fitness as manual labour tasks involved & physical/medical check may be required
- **The right to permanently live & work in Australia**
