**Full Time - Leasing Agent**

This role is perfect for someone eager to dive into the world of residential leasing and property management, with no prior experience needed

**The Role**:

- Connect with potential renters and display properties with enthusiasm.
- Ensure smooth leasing operations and deliver exceptional service.
- Prepare and review tenancy documentation and conduct background checks.
- Organize and perform property inspections. Including leasing, ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections.
- Capture property details through photography and video and upload them to our socials.
- Manage key cutting, collection and returns.
- Complete detailed post-inspection reports and support various teams with general administrative tasks.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate IV (essential) - completed or close to completion.
- Valid Driver’s License (essential)
- Experience in Microsoft Office365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Accurate data entry and strong organizational abilities
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to follow-through
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- A motivated, career-focused attitude with a professional appearance
- Flexibility for full-time hours, particularly on Wednesdays and Saturdays
