**Warehouse Supervisor** to join the team. The role will be Supporting the Warehouse Manager, this role will see you lead and inspire the warehouse team. Using your leadership and operational skills, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations seeking new opportunities to develop and improve business performance and ensure the site always operates safely.

**Warehouse Supervisor** to join their team at their
**Campbellfield** location. This is a
**Permanent** opportunity.

**Key responsibilities will include**:
**To be successful in this role, the successful applicant would ideally possess the following skills**:

- Ensure compliance by all staff, contractors, suppliers, and visitors to site, of all laws, regulations, company policies, procedures, and work instructions, relating to site safety and environmental control.
- Develop and maintain a safety culture which focusses on safety first and encourages team participation in continuous improvement and incident reporting.
- Ensure compliance to all company operational and financial controls relating to the protection of company assets, including hire pallets.
- Assess staff competency periodically or as necessary, related to their roles and tasks or based on specific competency classifications under any relevant EBA, and provides or arrange for required training for staff to enable achievement and maintenance of required competencies.
- Lead the warehouse team to achieve required KPI’s relating to all operational areas, including but not limited to inventory record accuracy, order fulfilment, pallet control, operational errors, scanning compliance, housekeeping, and process control, on a consistent basis.
- Undertake cyclic counting, variance analysis, and posting, in accordance with the agreed schedule and documented procedures/work instructions.
- Is the site primary contact with freight provider(s), and ensures daily requirements are met for inbound/outbound transport and ensures compliance to all CoR requirements related to the site transport activities and liaises to expedite customer delivery requirements as required.
- Monitor and report in a timely manner any stock which is aged or is approaching expiry and needs attention by Sales to clear or R&D for shelf-life extensions.
- Assist to develop and implement procedures and work instructions for all key tasks to ensure a consistent and best practice approach to operations.
- Promote a customer centric focus within the operation and team.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of functional processes and culture within the supply chain team.
- Undertaking other tasks or projects as directed by Manager.

**About you**:

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Has minimum of 3 years working in an FMCG warehouse environment or similar, in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Has worked in a warehouse with manifest DG storage accreditation.
- Experienced SAP user
- Has worked in an operational environment utilising RF scanning.
- Has demonstrable success in building and managing teams.
- Must have a current forklift licence.
- Has or is undertaking external study in warehouse operational management or similar.
- Has completed appropriate/relevant external accredited training in operational WHS.
