Leading specialists in Automatic Transmission repair and services are on the hunt for an experienced Workshop Manager. Long-term stable employment, an opportunity for future growth with strong support from senior management. Base + Super + Vehicle

**Duties**
- Fast-paced and busy work environment
- Strong support with growth opportunities for the right person
- Hands-on leader
- Off the tools role
- Lead and manage a team of 9 technicians with admin support
- Manage daily operations of the service department
- Responsibility for department targets/KPIs
- Drive service and maximize profitability
- Key account management

**Skills and experience**
- Staff leadership and management experience
- Process-driven and strong customer service focus
- Strong communication skills
- Good people management skills
- Previous experience as a service manager, Trailer / Truck, Light vehicles or Heavy Equipment background is ideal. Highly skilled and willing to step up are encouraged to apply.
