**About the Role**: A place of opportunity We are looking for a Hygiene and Cleaning Training Officer who is flexible in their thinking and courageous in their actions. A person with compassion and empathy, who understands that attitudes are contagious.
As a Hygiene and Cleaning Training Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities across the Environmental Services team to ensure the needs of customers are met. Allocating and coordinating workflows, including managing escalated customer inquiries properly and effectively, identifying and eliminating errors, and planning for continuous improvement.
