Baker

Great opportunity for an experienced Baker to join the growing team at Bakers Delight Goulburn, NSW. Applicant must be very experienced in working in a very busy Bakery. Applicant would need to share our passion for creating quality baked products for our customers. Applicant would be preferred to have good knowledge of both mixing doughs and the use of multi deck ovens.

**Key requirements and responsibilities include**:

- Preparation and production of quality bakery products as per Bakers Delight recipes.
- Weighing flour and other ingredients to prepare dough.
- Mixing, scaling and dividing dough as required.
- kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough and pastry goods.
- Operating machines and tools to prepare bakery products.
- Decorating cakes with glazes, icings, buttercream and edible toppings.
- Maintaining a cleanliness of machines, tools and premises and abide by company policies and procedures in relation to WHS (Workplace Health and Safety) and Food Safety to ensure a safe working environment for customers, staff and contractors.
- Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times, etc.
- Punctuality and reliability is a must.
- Good communication skills.

**Experience required**:
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar environment as Baker

Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification is preferred but not compulsory.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 + superannuation

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
