This position would be ideal for a person who has previously worked in a Pharmaceutical Company or large organisation in HR and Payroll. This is a busy environment so the ability to multitask is essential. This is a casual role that is approved until November 2024.

**About this role**
The role involves:

- Award interpretation and payroll - HR admin background with Payroll exp
- Point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits
- Working closely with payroll and finance team
- Manage administrative process for documents, database and online systems
- Proactively work with HR Business Partners
- Manage financial payments through to Finance
- Collaboration and working well as a team

**About you**
- 3-5 years Payroll experience in a mid-large organisation
- HR admin experience with a payroll function
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Available for immediate start and interview
- Pharmaceutical industry experience ideal but not required
- Australian work rights REQUIRED
