Exam Supervisor

Our Senior School engages with and educates approximately 1300 students across Years 7 to 12, including residential (boarding) students. The College is seeking to hear from reliable and attentive individuals to join our VCE team as a Casual Examination Supervisor

**Tenure**:

- ** Casual employment** - Monday and Wednesday afternoons during term time. We also run the GAT annually in June, Trial exams in the second week of the September holidays, and VCE Exams from October to November.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Meeting all requirements of the VCAA Statutory Declaration is essential.
- Have a valid Working With Children “E” Check.
- Previous experience in examination invigilation is preferred but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- If appointed, must complete the online Mandatory Reporting and Child Protecting modules before commencing employment.
