Laboratory Technician

**About the roles**:
As a Laboratory Technician in either the Digest Lab or Fire Assay Lab, your role will be using specialised equipment and performing laboratory testing. You will also be involved in the simulation of minerals production processes in order to test the properties of minerals samples.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working as a Technician or Analyst within a mining related Laboratory
- A Certificate III / IV in Laboratory Skills / Techniques is beneficial
- Must adhere to quality standards and have a strong commitment to safety.
- Must be reliable and able to work shift work on a roster (Day, Night or Afternoon shifts).
- A strong team and customer focus.
- Sound reading and numerical skills.
- A methodical, well organised approach to your work.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including alcohol and drug screening.
