Our Health & Community Services department has a great opportunity for a suitably qualified Teacher, with relevant industry qualifications and experience to effectively deliver and assess vocational education and training in Nursing across our Geelong and Werribee Campuses.

**Skills & Experience**:
Successful completion of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.

A degree, diploma or other approved tertiary qualification in a relevant vocational area to enable to teach across any of the following course/discipline:

- Diploma of Nursing
- Certificate III in Individual Support

(NB: The appointee must be able to demonstrate the vocational competencies at least to the level of those delivered)

Demonstrated current knowledge, relevant skills and industry/commercial experience including:

- A minimum of 5 years vocational experience
- Current registration AHPRA
- Current industry employment

Demonstrated capacity to design, deliver and assess vocational education and training programs that meet the needs of a range of learners.

This position requires current Working with Children check.

**Employment**:
Part-time
_(0.6 FTE - three days a week)_ fixed term to 31 December 2023.

Mental health qualifications would be highly regarded
_(specifically HLTENN009 Implement and monitor nursing care for consumers with mental health conditions)._
