Warehouse Supervisor

We have an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our National DC

**The role**

The Warehouse Supervisor will need to have the ability to make decisions, work to agreed targets and meet key performance indicators. Taking accountability, pride in achieving results and having a passion for delivering high quality customer service, are all essential to the success of the role. Key duties and responsibilities include:

- Ensure the efficiency of warehouse operations through leading, coaching and developing
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including loading and unloading goods, picking and packing orders, organising receipts, storage and dispatching of goods
- Uphold a strong Health and Safety standard and actively drive a strong safety culture
- Work closely with the leadership team to identify areas for improvement, training needs and maintaining a safe working environment
- The role will cover the 6am-2:30pm shift

**What we are looking for**

We are seeking the right individual who can take accountability, lead a team and drive outcomes. Key criteria includes:

- Demonstrated experience in supervision of store team members
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to take hands-on, solutions orientated approach
- Previous stores and warehousing experience
