**Job Description**:
This dynamic support role, in our Workplace Management Services division, is ideal for experienced customer service professionals ready to transition into the corporate sector. The position encompasses a variety of disciplines that may lead to multiple career pathways.

**As a custodian of the workplace, you are responsible for**:

- Administration, operation and management of the workplace
- Audio Visual and basic IT support
- Meeting room management and set-up
- Ensuring the workplace is presented, maintained and utilised the way it was designed
- Facilities administration and mail / parcel management
- Assisting employees with day-to-day enquiries
- Responding to and implementing changes to the workplace and processes as required
- Inducting new employees into the workplace
- Assisting with visitor arrival, access control and contractor management

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in office administration, IT support or a premium service environment including 5-star hotel or airline
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Experience in engaging with VIP clients as well as the ability to engage with and develop relationships with a diverse range of people
- Genuine respect for others that shows in every interaction with clients, employees and contractors
- Exceptional work ethic, energy and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining composure and creating memorable interactions within a short time frame
- Attention to detail
- Immaculate personal grooming
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills, the ability to anticipate needs and a desire to go above and beyond for customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft apps - Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Availability between 7am-7pm for a full time rotating roster
- Full working rights in Australia
