Due to company growth, SEE Civil have a great career opportunity available for a talented
- **Bid Writer **to join our highly professional and skilled Pre-Contracts and Estimating team.
- This is a diverse role that will see you working closely with a Senior Bid Coordinator to manage, curate and collate corporate and business writing for publication, including EOI and bid submissions, external communications campaigns and corporate content.
- This is a full-time position based in our modern head office in Helensvale.**Responsibilities will include**
- Curate captivating and high-quality content in response to tender questions.
- Prepare job files for new tenders and assist in the execution of the Permission to Bid forms.
- Identify opportunities to leverage visual content.
- Download Addendums and Notice to Tenderers and file appropriately including updating tender documents and superseded information.
- Coordinate and schedule EOI tender reviews between Senior Management and Estimators.

**Essential Skills and Attributes**
- You are a strong content writer with an eye for design.
- Degree qualified in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or similar.
- Proven experience using Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Creative suite or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written content.
- Previous exposure in the construction or related industry is desirable but not essential.
- Sound experience drafting EOI’s for government and large-scale infrastructure projects.
- A positive attitude along with a willingness to undertake a variety of tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, small team environment.
