Oliveto Ristorante & Bar is recruiting for a number of positions on our front of house team.

Seeking section waiters, food & beverage runners, bar staff

Both full time and casual roles available.

General Requirements:

- Current working visa or Australian resident
- Good English verbal skills
- Very good personal grooming standards
- Preferred working knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, use common sense and work as a team player
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willing to both learn, share, and participate

Essential Requirements:

- Experience in fine-dining restaurants, preferred
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Polite and mature personal manner
- A warm and engaging smile
- Wine & Food Knowledge a bonus
- Customer Service experience
- Current NSW RSA Certificate

Tasks include:

- Working continuously in a team and supporting each other
- Providing an excellent customer service experience
- Liaise closely with other restaurant staff, so that you are on hand to serve guests at the appropriate time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
