**Shift Fill/Workforce Planning Officer**

Spinal Life Australia is a non-profit organisation that provides expert knowledge, specialist therapies and supports tailored for people with spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities. We're one of the largest providers of support services to people living with spinal cord injury in Australia.

We are currently recruiting for Shift Fill Officers Workforce Planners to help us make a difference everyday. Be a part of a dynamic, engaging rostering team. We are committed to supporting exceptional outcomes for our clients and our Shift Fill team is pivotal in delivering on our priorities and values.

The position is a busy position with lots of activity, challenges and variety available. This position is permanent working 76 Hours per fortnight.

Shifts cover office operational hours, Monday to Friday ranging between:

- 9am to 5.00pm

The position will work from our from our Woolloongabba office.

If you are a person with well-developed communication, have a strong commitment to customer service, able to work within a customer relationship management (CRM) and rostering system, have moderate skill level using Microsoft excel and Outlook, and enjoy problem solving and resolving rostering/shift fill challenges then this is the role for you.

Full training will be provided however a background in rostering or scheduling will be an advantage. Salary is negotiable around the skills and experience you can bring to the role.
