**About the role**
TAFE NSW has an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals with current experience in Automotive to collaborate with our experienced Teachers and Head Teachers to carry out student assessments as an Assessor, located at the Ultimo Campus.
Your role will include assessment strategy implementation, independent assessments, and identifying gaps that may require further teacher support. You may be required to travel to assess students in their workplace.
- Note: This role does not teach or deliver training._
**About You**
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE Assessor Skill Set or equivalent
- Certificate III in Automotive or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to develop and conduct assessments, validations and moderations in the VET environment
- Ability to meet the essential requirements listed in the position description
- Please note that this role may include some intrastate travel across regional NSW and the ACT._
