**The Company**:
Our client is a leading international supplier of steel products and solutions for building and construction markets.

**The Position**:
The purpose of this position is the logistics coordination for equipment being supplied for a major project. The role will be responsible for actively coordinating and managing the safe transport, handling and storage of all associated equipment.
- The contract is expected to go until December 2026._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all equipment is stored and labelled appropriately to enable easy location for later transport to site.
- Manage routine storage tasks, e.g. rotation of equipment to meet warranty requirements for extended storage.
- Follow Logistics team procedures and practices (using the systems, tools and standards provided) including but not limited to, safety and environmental management, document control, and quality reporting, in order to ensure the highest quality practices are embedded in all aspects of logistics coordination.
- Provide input into the weekly progress and look-ahead reports on the status of storage, transport and shipping, informing the Lead Management Team of any significant trends and changes.
- Identify and report on any risks associated with the logistics scope, for input into the project Risk Register.
- Maintain clear lines of communication between all stakeholders associated with the logístical aspects of the Project, ensuring they are regularly updated on the status and appropriately engaged in decision-making processes.
- Adhere to all project HSE management plans, standards and procedures

**Skills and experience**
- **2-3 years of warehouse / logistics experience **_**(Essential)**_
- **Competent and qualified in driving a forklift and overhead crane **_**(Essential)**_
- High-level understanding of SAP / ERP system considerations _(Desirable)_
- Experience working on major capital projects _(Desirable)_
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills

**About you**:
