**The Role**:
As a Gatehouse Attendant, you will play a key role to control, monitor, and restrict the entry and exit of vehicles, staff, contractors, and visitors to and from the site, in accordance with site security and safety regulations.

This is a fast-paced role, and you will have a variety of responsibilities but not limited to:

- Provide entry of vehicles following site security and regulations
- Ensure all vehicles on arrivals and exits are recorded accurately
- Maintain records efficiently and accurately for any entry and exits of salvage vehicles
- Provide any assistance to any visitors and direct individuals to the appropriate locations
- Effectively manage customer queries and complaints
- Assist other team members in the operations teams as required

**What do we need from you?**
- Exposure to working in the automotive industry, logistics systems experience related to material warehousing, planning, transportation, and inventory control highly desirable.
- Current driver’s license
- Willing to undergo background checks (Police and Work Rights) and a pre-employment medical (including a drug and alcohol test) as part of the recruitment process. Please note: we also conduct random drug and alcohol tests onsite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic MS Office skills. Knowledge of SAP system desirable
- Sound decision-making skills.
