Hiring Bartender

Casual fine dining Italian restaurant, currently searching for bartender.
Restaurant is open _**WEDNESDAY - SUNDAY**_ for _**DINNER SERVICE ONLY**_

Approx 100-200 cocktails cocktails per week.
serving wine, beer & soft drinks as well.
coffee experience is a bonus.
Light washing duties involved.
Skills with garnish & modern cocktails a must.
- **Must be available to work a full roster including weekends.**:

- **Previous bartending experience essential**:

- **Strong knowledge of wine a must with our own onsite cellar.**:

- **Confident with making cocktails in a fast paced environment.**:

- **A great can-do attitude.**:

- **Outstanding customer service and attention to detail.**:

- **Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.**

Short walk from public transport option, there is a bus direct from Burwood station.
Great opportunity for a second job, can be flexible with hours available, although weekend availability is an absolute must

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $21.93 - $40.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
