Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join us in the position of **Facility & Logistics Manager** at our **Notting Hill** location employed on a **Full-Time **basis.

**The Position**:

- Maintain and manage the organization’s physical facilities, ensuring they are functional and well-maintained.
- Develop and execute logistics strategies to optimize the movement of goods.
- Lead, guide and support the staff to achieve goals.
- Implement and oversea security and safety protocols within the facilities.
- Develop and present regular client reports to an agreed set of criteria.
- Prepare and manage budgets for facilities and logistics operations.
- Control all purchasing, ensuring competitive pricing, tenders, approvals, and timely submission for settlement.
- Introduce initiatives and encourage a continuous improvement philosophy across the sites, driving client/customer satisfaction.
- Providing excellent support to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and implement best practices to maintain compliance and safety.

**Minimum Criteria**:

- **Must have a Forklift License**.
- Graduate with degree or equivalent in Project Management, Business Administration or related recognized Facilities Management qualification.
- Proven experience in Facilities and Logistics management.
- IT - good working knowledge - Excel, Word, Power Point, and other Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Must be able to pass a Police Check
