Rigger/dogman

IPA is looking for a Rigger/Dogman operator with MANDATORY experience to work for one of the biggest projects in the Kwinana/Henderson industrial area.

The requirements of this job will be to perform Rigger/Dogman and forklift operation, material handling, laboring, and other duties as instructed by the supervisor.

**Duties**
- Equipment operator incl (Forklift)
- Rigging 2 / Dogman
- Yard handling, helping with the relocation of cargo
- Waste management, separating wood/plastics from cargo and placing in the waste bin
- Identifying steel for scrap
- Working with a buddy and or full team of crane operators, management, operators
- Flagging / Tagging and picking of cargo.
- This included working on materials list item numbers and identifying against cargo to tag and flag
- Then use the above equipment to pick up cargo and place it in the staging area
- Have a valid forklift ticket
- Have required Rigging/Dogman tickets
- Have white card
- Preferable manual/material handling experience
- MUST have experience
- Should be able to work in all weather conditions as it's an open area (construction project)
- Have a valid Australian driver's license and car
- Should be available to start ASAP
- Should have construction PPEs - Steel cap boots, long sleeve hi-vis shirt and pants, hard hat and safety glasses

**Other Information**
- Understanding what is being asked of them and reporting back any findings that are not correct or missing items.
- Work under management's direction and support the rest of the team they are working alongside.
- Working hours are 6.30 am to 3 pm with the possibility of overtime and potentially adhoc work on Saturday's if required
- Pay rate - $35ph (plus applicable OT)
- Inductions and onsite interviews required prior to engagement.
- Should be available to start ASAP
