**About the role**

To support continued business growth, our client is seeking an Appointment Setter to hit the ground running in driving new client opportunities. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be part of a tight-knit and cohesive team that work efficiently to achieve business outcomes and drive business growth.

Using your exceptional stakeholder management experience and nous, you will be responsible for identifying, exploring and building rapport with B2C prospects in this full-time role.

Your warm and welcoming demeanour, combined with your ability to think outside the box in your approach, means your prospective clients feel confident in the excellent services our client is renowned for providing.

**Duties**
- Researching and identifying quality B2C leads
- Calendar, diary and appointment management
- Working with the Business Manager to achieve business goals and targets
- Database management and updating of prospect files in Salesforce
- Fostering and nurturing of relationships with key stakeholders
- Utilising social media platforms to identify leads
- Other tasks as directed by the Business Manager

**About You**
- 5+ years’ experience with a proven track record in a similar role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skill
- Ability to adapt and ‘think outside the box’
- Respectful and courteous demeanour
- Savvy with LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 skill
- Previous use of Salesforce software highly regarded
- Recent Police Check
