**The Opportunity.**

Visy Retail Services is a leading supplier & distributor of major brand hardware & retail products throughout Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom; and a strategic partner to one of Australasia’s largest retailers.

An exciting project opportunity has become available for a motivated Refit Merchandiser to join the SA Sales team. This is a full-time fixed term role for a period of 5 months.

**About the Role.**

Reporting to the SA State Manager and working as part of a fun and experienced team, your key responsibilities will include:

- Being the ‘face’ of our brands and providing superior customer service on site in our retail partner’s stores
- Overseeing _refit_ and _merchandising_ activities for your portfolio of stores, to Visy Retail standards
- Building strong relationships with in-store stakeholders
- Upholding and contributing to Visy’s culture and core values

**What you will bring to the team**
- Proven experience implementing key merchandising principles
- Demonstrable experience having carried out merchandising and refit activities in a retail environment
- Proven experience in implementing POS, ticketing, planogram/layout guidelines in a retail setting
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities
- A positive, professional and ‘can do’ attitude
- Experience using basic power/hand tools
