**About the role**

As our next Area Sales Manager - On Premise you will be the frontline of the Commercial Sales team and the primary customer service contact for both our retail and on-premise customers in the Inner West and Northern Beaches. Your primary objective is to drive sales, distribution and ambitious growth targets for our amazing products and brands within your territory.

Some of the main roles and responsibilities of an Area Sales Manager include but are not limited to:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the customer base within your territory
- Achieving sales and distribution objectives as a result of planning and execution of call cycle objectives
- Providing ongoing superior customer service to your customer base in territory
- Maintaining customer records and reviewing performance at regular intervals
- Preparing pouring proposals and submissions, to secure potential growth opportunities for the business
- Managing all trade promotional and incentive schemes and redemptions in line with any Marketing Programme.
- Completing frequent reporting and preparing territory reviews at Call Cycle team meetings

**About you**
- You are able to work under pressure and can effectively manage your time to meet deadlines with both internal and external stakeholders
- You will have a 'team-first' mentality and assist fellow Camparistas within the Field team and across the organisation;
- You have demonstrated experience in operating an Area Manager / Sales Representative or similiar role;
- You have demonstrated experience in On-Premise sales
- You love the industry and have a passion and understanding for Liquor and our brands;
- You are able to work autonomously and still be part of a team and approach problems with a collaboration, enthusiasm and positivity;
- You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal and can manage expectations;
- You have the utmost attention to detail and execute with excellence in all that do;
- You are curious and get a genuine kick out of new situations and challenges that may arise;
