- Fuse Recruitment is a leading Australian owned recruitment agency with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. Currently we are seeking a motivated Team Leader to join our established Manufacturing team in Sydney
- The Fuse recruitment Manufacturing team are specialist Recruiters in 6 main Sectors including:

- Pharmaceuticals
- Medical Device
- FMCG
- Chemical
- Packaging
- Industrial

Our Sydney Manufacturing team is currently small but it is mighty We have an established client base and are now looking for a hands on Team Leader to help us continue to build on our successes.- This is a dynamic position that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and job market dynamics
- Achieving and exceeding recruitment targets

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years experience in Manufacturing recruitment including blue and white collar, temporary and permanent recruitment
- Client management experience will be highly regarded
- Ability to consistently deliver the highest customer service and relationship management level
- A team and customer centric approach to work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, upbeat environment - your peers are passionate, fun, engaged and love what they do
