**The Company**
Our Client is a leading manufacturer in cutting-edge technology and innovation in the automotive and defence industries in Australia are looking for experienced Assemblers who will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The company has earned a reputation for excellence in design, engineering, and manufacturing and offers a clean, modern work environment.

Due to current growth within the company, they are in the process of setting up a 2nd factory, also located in Epping, and are welcoming new experienced team members

**You will be involved in, but not limited to**:

- Assembling automotive components for fixture into vehicles
- Adhering to all safety standards
- Carry out basic testing and quality checks
- Achieving daily production goals
- Operating hand and power tools
- Completing paperwork and count stock items

**To be successful, you will need to**:

- Pass a full police check once offered permanent employment
- Be proactive / committed and have the ability to meet company targets
- Work well as part of a bigger team
- Have the flexibility to work outside the square
- Be competent on computers - intermediate level
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Own PPE including steel cap boots & hivis vest

**Hours & Pay Rate**:
7:30am-4:15pm Monday to Thursday 7:30am-12:30pm Friday

$30 per hour casual with an increase to $35 per hour after 6-months
