**About the Role**

**Role Duties**:

- Process parts orders
- Creation of new part numbers on the DMS and placement of orders
- Create and develop relationships with our existing Customer base
- Ensure compliance with the relevant OH&S requirements
- Problem solve customers’ requirements
- Provide staff with a technical assistance and general support
- Contribute to the participative and communication strategies for managing OH&S risks in the workplace

**Role Requirements**:

- Good administration skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Pentana ERAlink experience preferred
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Ability to present a professional, friendly and approachable image
- Previous experience in parts interpretation
- Must have an enthusiastic and adaptive approach to your position
- Capacity to work autonomously
- Proven ability to interpret customer orders
- Customer Service focus
- Australian motor vehicle driver’s licence
