Office-based Land Economist role

**What’s on offer**:

- **$95,000** plus super
- Monday - Friday
- Work from home once a week, a boss who understands work life balance

**Where**:South Melbourne

**The Role - will include but not be limited to**
- Give advice on land and property financing and valuation matters
- Determine the market value of property based on demand, location, land improvements and trends
- Research and advise on the administration and use of land and property
- Develop sales and leasing proposals for commercial land and property
- Analyse land and property investment and manage land and property portfolios
- Check planning regulations and legal documents

**Required**
- Current Police Check
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transport

**Salary**: $95,000.00 per year
