Rota Nanny

**Our Family**:

- Loving and busy family in Riverview NSW, seeking a dedicated, caring, and responsible ROTA Nanny to join the team. The family is looking for someone passionate about childcare, reliable, and able to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for their 2 children (B1 year old and G2 month old) -The arrangement will be working 1 week on / 1 week off rotating with another nanny.. -salary on offer is 90k-110k (depending on experience and qualifications) + Superannuation

**Your Duties**:

- 24/7 cover during your weeks on - this means being available on call. - Typically working 7am-7pm, but being on call in the evenings during your week on. - Main focus will be B1 until mum returns to work in late Feb where you will need to be confident with 2 children. - Provide attentive, loving care for 2 children (1 and newborn) -Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities (indoor and outdoor) -Ensure the children's daily routines are followed, including meal times, naps, and bedtime -Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children and at times the family. -Help with light housekeeping duties related to the children (tidying up, laundry, etc.) -Transport children to and from activities, and playdates (must have a valid driver's license - vehicle is provided) -Maintain open communication with Parents and PA regarding the children's well-being and development.

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- Prior experience as a nanny or in childcare is required -CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification) -Current working with Children Checks -Current national Criminal Record Check -Excellent references from previous families -A nurturing, patient, and positive attitude -Ability to multitask and stay organised -Strong communication skills -Must be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy -Commitment for long term role -Energetic, proactive and very organised but yet flexible at the same time
