We are embarking on the next phase of our growth journey, and we have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate **Publicist **to join our team at our Global Riverside head office in **Milton, Brisbane, on a one-day per week, fixed-term contract.**

**The Opportunity**:
Working closely with the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, you will be at the **forefront of shaping our public image and driving our brand visibility.** Your responsibilities will include **developing and executing strategic PR campaigns, crafting captivating press releases, pitching compelling stories to media outlets, and building strong relationships with journalists and influencers.**

Above all, you will play a vital role in securing media coverage and arranging interviews that generate excitement and enhance our reputation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop publicity plans and write press releases to promote the business.
- Build strong working relationships with key media personnel, pitching releases and coordinating interviews.
- Efficiently handle media requests for images and information.
- Collaborate with our overseas teams on global projects and initiatives.

**You’ll be great in this role because...**:
You will **possess previous experience in public relations and a proven track record in increasing exposure and brand awareness for different brands.** While not essential, qualifications in public relations will be highly regarded.

As our Publicist, you will need to be a creative and proactive individual with strong communication skills. Your ability to build and maintain solid relationships with a variety of media contacts will be crucial to your success.
