**Description**:

- Own and manage the full end-to-end delivery of the Testing/ Quality Assurance domain. This includes being responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of all test activities across all relevant test phases
- Create a overall project test process and test strategy that analyses which test methods (manual/ automation/ regression) and tools are suitable and used for test activities based on our proven test methodologies and oversee the documentation of test cases
- Identify defects/bugs across the program before they are released
- Undertake Defect Management - retesting of defects through to correction and acceptance by the system owners, monitoring and ensuring resolution of outstanding defects
- Reporting of Testing/metrics and ability to provide key stakeholders from a single source of truth real-time status of testing at any point in time
- Manage a team of internal testers with product owners, assigned and or seconded from external partners/vendors.
- To be successful in this role, you should have:

- You will have expertise as a Project/Program Test Manager/Leader within the Insurance Industry
- You will have a track record of project related delivery in a similar role and understand the importance of software and systems quality from a technical and business perspective.
- You will have been a Test Manager in a multi-vendor engagement and demonstrate strong business acumen
- Managed testing coverage and traceability using a variety of tools
- Working knowledge of SDLC and Test Development Lifecycle
- You have a sound understanding of, Agile delivery, Non-Functional Testing and Systems Performance Testing
- Estimating total Quality & Testing effort in both Waterfall and Agile methodology engagements
- Release Management in both Waterfall and Agile methodology to deliver high quality outcomes
- A strong positive attitude with the ability to negotiate in difficult situations with complex stakeholders
- Experience across integration pipeline
- The ability be based in the Sydney office (1-2 days) or remote working in Sydney

**Salary**: $650.00 - $700.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
