Reporting & Compliance Analyst

BGIS is a leading provider of integrated real estate management services, facilities management, and project delivery services. With a focus on sustainability and innovation, BGIS helps clients achieve their business goals through effective management of their properties and assets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently monitor and report on the performance of BGIS and subcontractors under contractual terms.
- Provide training to client users and BGIS team members on utilizing the BGIS Performance Centre reporting portal.
- Ensure all reporting deadlines are met in line with service agreements.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
- Maintain accuracy of data within BMS systems and BGIS Performance Centre.
- Manage DCJ Quote Approval Process.
- Develop and maintain BGIS processes and procedures.

**Qualifications & Experience**:Knowledge / Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in subcontracts and/or facilities management industries, preferably in outsourcing services.
- Strong background in contract administration, reporting, and database management.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Ability to understand, analyze, interpret, and report on property/facility and financial information.
- Experience in developing, analyzing, and reporting complex KPIs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and deal with people at varying levels within organizations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound technical knowledge of building services and construction.
- Familiarity with QA, OH&S, and environmental systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Formal tertiary qualifications in Property, Commerce, Business, or similar discipline.
