**Position Overview**:
As a Toolmaker, you will play a vital role within our client's manufacturing operations, focusing on the maintenance, repair, and modification of injection moulding tools. Working collaboratively with engineering and production teams, you will ensure the seamless operation of equipment and contribute to the consistent delivery of top-tier products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting maintenance, repairs, and modifications on injection moulding tools to optimize performance and durability.
- Troubleshooting tooling issues and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and uphold production schedules.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Operating various machining equipment, including lathes, milling machines, and grinders, to fabricate and modify tooling components.
- Maintaining meticulous records of all maintenance activities to facilitate future reference and ensure compliance with quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Toolmaker within the plastic industry.
- Proficiency in operating a range of machining equipment and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
