**The Opportunity**

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.

In your new role you will focus on security practices establishment, the management of assurance structures and review of a variety of security tool sets. Working with the established security operations and risk teams the role will focus on risk and reporting capabilities being developed to support compliance with the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act and establishment of Cloud assurance practices.

**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications at degree level in an appropriate discipline, or equivalent industry relevant experience
- Experience in the handling of Assurance related controls/metrics and structures.
- A minimum of 2 years in a security/assurance related role
- Good understanding of AESCSF practices, maturity ratings and their associated requirements.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to explain assurance concepts to system users and stakeholders.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in the production of documentation using accepted standards and notations.
- Appropriate current or recent qualifications from CRISC, SANS, ISACA, ITIL and Vendor certifications
- Understanding of Risk management practices with the ability to participate in Risk assessments and maintain Risk registers.
- Preferably awareness of SABSA, ISO31000 Risk Management and related Risk frameworks
- Understanding of AZURE, XAAS service offerings.
- Basic knowledge of Cloud service design, assurance controls and security integration.
- Exposure to an Operational Technology environment.
- A positive attitude and dedication to tackling all tasks, big or small, with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
