Maxima is looking for eager individuals who love a challenge to undertake a fulltime Bricklaying Apprenticeship. These opportunities are located within the Adelaide Hills region and will require travel between sites.

Across 4-years you will have all training and study paid for, get hands-on industry experience, and continuous mentoring, whilst gaining a nationally accredited **Certificate III in Bricklaying/Blocklaying**.

Bricklaying is one of the most vital and in demand trades within the construction industry. **Duties Include**:

- Lay, move, and stack bricks
- Mix mortar
- Learn all aspects of trade
- Undertake measurements and calculations
- Other labouring duties as required

**About You**:

- Have a genuine interest in a bricklaying career
- Basic understanding of the trade
- Able to operate power tools and equipment
- Ability to follow directions and work under limited supervision
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Can do attitude and willingness to learn

**Role Requirements**:

- Previous on-site labouring experience (desirable)
- Current provisional or full driver’s licence with own vehicle
- Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment assessment
- Possess good physical fitness to perform manual tasks
- Completed a Certificate II in Doorways to Construction or similar (desirable)
