We have experienced significant growth over the last 2 years and as a result, are expanding our operations.

We are currently seeking an experienced and high performing **Warehouse Lead, **to lead our warehouse team at our newly established NSW warehouse, to start in February 2024_._

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Warehouse Lead, reporting directly to the Branch Manager, your primary role will be to efficiently manage and oversee all aspects of the warehousing function. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring efficient warehouse management, including receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance
- Co-ordinate and oversee the pick, dispatch and delivery of all goods
- Co-ordinate freight pickups
- Good receipt, stock put away
- Complete stock management, including stocktake
- Strictly adhering to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legal requirements
- Upholding the highest standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security.
- Actively receiving and incorporating feedback to enhance the quality of service provided

**Skills & Experience**:
Successful applicants will need to demonstrate at least 3 years warehousing and logistics experience, hold a valid LF licence and Australian Drivers licence and also possess the following attributes:

- Understanding of warehousing, logistics and transport
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, manage and develop team members and develop shared solutions.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet customer's fluctuating work requirements and get the job done
- Self-motivated, hardworking, flexible, proactive, with team leadership skills and a can-do attitude
- Strong organisation and time management skills, ability to multitask and work to strict and challenging deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
