As a motivated and friendly Receptionist & Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping with orders and general enquiries while working closely with other departments in a varied role. **Duties**
- Meeting and greetings visitors on site
- Adhoc administration duties
- Answering and transferring inbound phone calls
- Ordering consumables & office supplies for the team
- General scanning, filing and data entry
**Skills & experience**
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Strong customer focus
- Advanced computer skills, including the knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task as well as problem solve
