**About The Role**:
In collaboration with leaders across the enterprise, the **Talent Acquisition Advisor **is responsible for managing, supporting, and governing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process. This includes providing support to the talent acquisition (TA) team and hiring managers on sourcing and selection strategies that enable the organisation to attract and retain the best talent in efficient timeframes.

Ideally you will be familiar with the key principles of employment law and support the cultural values of the institute as we grow our commitment to diversity and inclusion. You will need strong organisational skills and the capacity to adapt as the People, Brand and Strategy portfolio transitions to new systems on our continuous improvement journey. If you are a self-motivated do-er with the warmth and communication skills to represent the Institute's brand, we want to hear from you.

**Things we will require from you**:

- Relevant compliance documents including Working with Children Clearance (WWCC), current police check, certified right to work documentation
