The key focus is to learn about the access range of Materials Handling Equipment in our portfolio. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and the National Haulotte product Manager

The plan is to learn the entire gambit of the business in relation to sales, rentals, and service opportunities whilst being mentored by experienced and long term employees.

Demonstrate an energetic and professional approach out in the market place with both external and internal customers and improve the on-going performance with establishing new client relationships.

**The objective will be supporting the branch in generating profitable sales and rental opportunities.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure follow up with customers and provide the appropriate sales information to meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Cold calling
- Targeting existing clientele base
- Prospecting
- Follow up warm leads
- CRM database management for client listing
- Adhere to the Company Code of Conduct
- Delivery of equipment to our customers premises
- Ensuring on time delivery and meeting or exceeding the customer expectations
- Timely completion of all reporting requirements
- Follow Policy and procedures to support attainment of sales targets
- Initiating interpersonal communication with clients to establish business relationships
- Always seeking continuous improvement across the business
- Develop new client relationships to establish growth in the industry
- Input and maintain information entered into company CRM system including contacts, company information, leads, quotes and follow up information. **Note - the use of the CRM system is not optiona**l and secondary data bases and or spreadsheets are not be used.
- Take corrective action where necessary to ensure integrity is always maintained in accordance with company procedures.
- Provide constructive feedback to the Sales Manager on the performance of client development
- Establish and communicate a weekly plan including firm targets for cold calling, customer visits, follow up calls and any assistance required.
