- $83,879 pa + super (up to 12%) + leave loading
Qld Local Government Industry Award (Stream A) - Level 4 of EBA5
- 9 day fortnight
- 72.5 hour fortnight
- Location: Burpengary - please note, this position will be moving to a Narangba location in the coming months.

**About our opportunity**

This position will see you undertaking project management tasks related to the delivery of our internal construction projects which will include developing and reviewing project scopes, cost estimation, constructability considerations, contract documentation, specifications, procurement, traffic guidance schemes, safety and quality and environmental issues.

You will be developing detailed preconstruction documentation while considering of any relevant processes, procedures and policies applicable as well as undertaking the range of end to end functions associated with project tender and project procurement processes and practices

Additionally, you will allocate internal and external plant resources according to project requirements, undertake site inspections ensuring compliance of works in accordance with specifications and standards, identify sites issues or improvements (around safety, constructability, practically or otherwise) and work with project stakeholders on solutions as required.

**About you**

Ideally you will have demonstrated experience working within a similar position. It is essential that you have demonstrated experience in civil infrastructure construction projects and have a well developed knowledge of relevant construction materials, specifications and standards. You will also have technical writing capability to deliver a range of documents (tenders, contract documents, probity and procurement evaluations), knowledge of estimating software (Benchmark) and knowledge of the MUTCD and main road accredited design of traffic guidance schemes.

Paired with the above mentioned skills and experience, you will hold a tertiary qualification in Civil Construction or another relevant field, a Construction Induction card and a current drivers licence.
