**The Role**
The Operations Coordinator is an integral member of the Business Performance Team responsible for driving value from Jemena’s Cash Generating Units (CGUs).
The Operations Coordinator will:
- Be the key point of contact within the Business Performance Team to coordinate complex, multi-discipline business and operational tasks
- Support the safe and reliable delivery of midstream services to meet customer needs while maximising cash generation
- Support Cash Generation Unit (CGU) optimisation utilising strong commercial, technical, and operational risk management skills and knowledge
- Drive an Operational Excellence culture and implement Process Safety practices across Jemena’s CGUs
- Support the Business Performance Manager to lead the Business Performance Team of commercial, field, engineering, maintenance, and control room resources
**A little about you**:
- Coordination experience of multi-disciplinary teams including Commercial, Engineering, Operations & Maintenance
- Knowledge of commercial/production/operation work environment and required interaction between business functions
- Hydrocarbon operations experience with deep understanding of Risk Management
- Exposure to mid-stream Commercial arrangements and processes
- Broad awareness and familiarity with key stakeholders in a hydrocarbon
