The **Women’s & Children’s Health Network** provides state of the art health care for women, babies, children and young people across South Australia. We are the state’s leading provider of specialist care for children with acute and chronic conditions as well as being SA’s largest maternity and obstetric service.

**The Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity exists within **Surgical Services **to join us as **Staff Specialist Orthodontist (D04)**.

As **Staff Specialist Orthodontist, **you will be responsible for the provision of an effective and efficient paediatric orthodontic service to eligible patients within the objectives and philosophies of the Paediatric Dental Department, Surgical Service Division and the Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

Role Responsibilities:

- Ensure the provision of a safe, effective, efficient and quality orthodontic service to the outpatient’s of the Women’s & Children’s Hospital.
- Demonstrate knowledge and commitment to patient rights and responsibilities with regard to health care provision.
- Ensure a continuing education program within the department by contributing and supporting teaching sessions.
- Develop and implement research projects within the department or provide support for other department members actively involved in research.
