Marketing Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives,
- Manage social media platforms, creating and publishing content, and monitoring engagement and growth,
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels,
- Plan and coordinate events, including trade shows, product launches, and webinars,
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize performance,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field,
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing,
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot,
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize campaign performance,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail,
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
