**Position: NDIS Coordinator**
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of participants.
- Handle incident reporting in accordance with NDIS guidelines and regulations.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to the needs of participants.
- Provide administrative support for NDIS-related tasks and documentation.
- Develop safety plans to mitigate risks and ensure participant safety.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support participant needs effectively.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in NDIS coordination or a related role.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment, incident reporting, and care planning processes.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with participants, families, and support staff.
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
