TEN Recruitment is currently seeking a Boilermaker to join an esteemed team at a state-of-the-art Perth Workshop. This is a full-time permanent position located in Perth working on a 2:1 or 2:2 roster.

Our Workshop is dedicated to a diverse array of tasks, including managing our equipment fleet and executing maintenance projects for external clients. Housed entirely undercover, our Workshop encompasses various specialized areas, including the rebuild workshop, quarantine section, sandblast and paint shop, component workshop, and a well-organized warehouse store.

**Your responsibilities may include**:

- Retrieving metals that are essential to successfully repair or fabricate the component.
- Welding, cutting, gouging and any other labouring duties advised by your supervisor.
- Conduct weekly reporting duties regarding blade and bucket conditions.
- Setting and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
- Advise your supervisor of any components or tooling deemed unsafe.
- Adhere to all OHS policies and established workplace procedures.
- Understand and work in accordance with established work plans and engineering drawings.

**Essential criteria**:

- Demonstrated expertise in working with a diverse range of CAT & Hitachi earthmoving equipment.
- Proven track record in executing repairs, conducting gas cutting, and proficient welding maintenance.
- Possession of an Australian recognized Trade Certificate.
- Capability to operate both autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities coupled with strong communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Previous experience in a comparable role within the mining sector would be highly advantageous.
- Possession of relevant nationally recognized Trade Certificate and welding certifications.
- Outstanding communication aptitude.
- Valid 'C' Class driver's license.
- Have a “safety-first” mindset.
