Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and activities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Service and Marketing to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the building or construction sector, with a track record of surpassing targets.
Comfortable in a client-facing role.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision.
Proficiency experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
